“I love Anna’s Yoga classes. I always come away feeling good about myself and respect just where my body is up to. Anna has taught us to keep all our movements within the breathing cycle and this somehow feels more like a meditation. Also by focusing the attention of the breath into the asana, somehow the body magically moves into position and the extension seems very easy. Promoting daily practice with help of the very useful guide sheets that Anna has produced has turned a situation of wishful thinking into a wonderful habit for me.
