There is no need to strive, seek or push. Our Peace is Within Us. It doesn’t need to be ‘achieved’. Yoga reveals this (Peace) when practiced with strength and very importantly, softness.
I encourage relaxation into how you find yourself in the moment, developing a feeling of self-acceptance. The invitation for this can come from the breath which allows ourselves to be guided and then gently surrendered into the wellspring of love that is given.
Through this simple practice we can easily connect with a sense of freedom and the deep quietness of meditation. It is a sacred experience.
During yoga practice and life we can come back to this nurturing feeling often as a restorative retreat. It is always there for us.
This simple aspect of internal feeling is healing and connecting both to ourselves, those around us, and to the wonder of life.
